CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event or rental will receive a full credit. Refunds are only issued in cases of dangerous weather conditions or event cancellations initiated by us. Cancellations must be confirmed by us within that 48-hour window to be eligible.
All full credits must be redeemed within 30 days of the original event or rental date.
WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, we offer rescheduling only—no refunds. Rescheduled bookings must be redeemed within 30 days of the original event or rental date.
Inclement weather includes, but is not limited to, significant rain and/or thunderstorms. Aloha Paddle LKN will be the sole determiner of what qualifies as inclement weather.
NO SHOWS
In the event of a no show without notification prior to your time you will be issued 50% credit upon request for use in the next 30 days
